Jerry Cox is the founder and president of Family Council.  He began Family Council in 1989 after a successful effort to amend the Arkansas Constitution to prevent the use of public funds for abortions.  He is the founder of the Education Alliance, the Arkansas Physician’s Resource Council, and the Arkansas Justice Institute.  In 2004 he spearheaded a successful effort to amend the Arkansas Constitution to define marriage as the union of one man and one woman.  In 2008 Jerry led a successful effort to pass the Arkansas Adoption and Foster Care Act. Between fundraising, public speaking, leading the staff, lobbying, and writing, Jerry maintains an active role in ensuring that Family Council continues to serve the people of Arkansas as it has for more than 30 years. He and his wife reside in Little Rock. They have four sons.

David Cox is the Assistant Director of Family Council, a conservative pro-family organization based in Little Rock. David grew up in Little Rock and was home schooled as a child. Today, he and his wife home school their four children. David helps Family Council analyze public policy in Arkansas. He also helps support home schooling in Arkansas through Family Council’s home school office, the Education Alliance.

Dana Williams is the senior pastor at Cornerstone Baptist Church. He came to Cornerstone with his wife and 3 children in July 2011. He places a strong emphasis on the expository teaching and preaching of the Word of God. Pastor Williams attended college at Central Baptist College and Southeastern Baptist College. He has a master’s degree from Tennessee Temple Baptist Theological Seminary. In 2019 he co-authored with his wife, The Eden Concept: Marriage God’s Way. His belief that marriage and the family is under attack fuels his burden for strengthening Christian families and the local church (a family of families).
